Best of all, we provide bikes, paddle boards, and plenty of beach gear to make your island vacation easy and enjoyable. A golf cart is also available to rent for an additional fee.

Welcome to A Lil’ Nauti! 🌴🐢 We’re Brian & Diana, and A Lil’ Nauti is our home away from home on Anna Maria Island. What started as our own love for this little island eventually turned into wanting a place here that we could call ours—and share with others when we aren’t able to be here ourselves. We wanted a home that felt comfortable, relaxed, and unmistakably “island,” in a location where you could leave the car parked and truly enjoy everything around you. A Lil’ Nauti has become so much more than a vacation property to us. We’ve spent a lot of time making it a place we genuinely love staying ourselves, and we’ve tried to think of all those little extras that make a beach vacation better. From bikes for exploring the island and paddle boards for getting out on the water to beach chairs, wagons, coolers, and a private patio to come home to at the end of the day—we want our guests to be able to arrive, settle in, and start enjoying AMI. One of the best parts of owning A Lil’ Nauti has been sharing it with other people and hearing about the memories they’ve made here. We’ve been fortunate to welcome some guests back more than once, and there really isn’t a better compliment than someone choosing our little place for another Anna Maria Island vacation. Personally Owned & Cared For A Lil’ Nauti is independently owned, and we take a lot of pride in our home and in the experience our guests have while staying here. We love being able to communicate directly with our guests, answer questions, share our favorite local spots, and help make each stay special.
